The restaurant's philosophy is to give the individual components their own space. Christin Ballenberger's dishes are inspired by influences from all over the world. Dishes are sometimes seasoned with Mediterranean herbs, sometimes African spices or Asian notes come into play. Priority is given to regional and seasonal products.
