The former commandery of the Teutonic Order in the lower town is located near the Divi Blasii church. The present building received its shape in 1715/16, but includes much older components. This includes the Annenkapelle chapel (1290) with its beautiful ribbed vault. Despite its already deep location (due to medieval filling), there are even older cellars beneath the chapel. In 1961, excavation work even uncovered a medieval water supply and a stone oven heating system.

The current building houses the parish office of the parishes in Mühlhausen. Church services and events take place here.
