Our culture and youth hostel is certified as a performance and training center for orchestras & marching bands, choirs and carnival dance sports and offers optimal room conditions for clubs and associations with two two-court sports halls, three halls including stages and six workshop rooms, a discotheque with lighting and sound system. Together with our partners, the Thuringian Carnival Association, the Thuringian State Music Academy and the DJH Academy, we are constantly adapting and implementing our offers to the wishes and requirements of our guests.

The hostel bar with terrace, the in-house sauna or the hostel disco and numerous outdoor programs round off the carefree offer for guests.

The dinosaur excavation sites will inspire you, as will the famous Marienglashöhle cave. When you've had enough of music, explore the lower Rennsteig with huskies and alpacas or take a trip to one of the many music venues nearby. Thuringia, the land of music, has more than enough to offer. And of course you can also relax here and enjoy the Thuringian hospitality at barbecues and coffee tables...
