The mill is already mentioned in 1390. A street is named near the oil or willow mill in 1418. In the 19th century, the mill was converted into a weaving mill. Production continued in the Weidenmühle until the 1950s. The dilapidated building was demolished in 1969. The „Weidenmühle“ guest house is handed over in 2005. In 2009, a new water wheel is put into operation as a show wheel.
