Railroad Museum Kötzschau
Railroad Museum Kötzschau
In the special ambience of this original station building from the founding period of the railroad line, the Kötzschau Railway Museum uses countless exhibits to show the extensive history of the railroad line between Leipzig and Großkorbetha.
In addition to informative picture and text panels on the railroad stations and many other topics, visitors can also enter an originally furnished service room from around 1935 with a ticket office.
Uniforms and effects, documents and tickets, signals, lanterns, tools, models and much more are also on display. The biggest visitor attraction is a true-to-the-original training signal box
