At the former railroad depot in Weimar - just a short distance from today's main train station - the Thuringian Railway Association presents Thuringia's largest historic collection of locomotives. The inventory of the extraordinary museum includes over 30 different steam, diesel and electric locomotives. Mainly vehicles and equipment of the former German Reichsbahn can be found, including all last used series. Passenger cars, freight cars and special cars can also be visited.
