Behind Events & Stay is the special combination of a place to celebrate and overnight accommodation right next door. The five vacation lofts are surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the Neustadt Golf Park. The vacation apartments were completely redesigned in 2020, are modern and furnished with every comfort in different designs. All apartments have a steam sauna or Finnish sauna, TV, music system and several sleeping options. All lofts have a fully equipped kitchen. Access to the loggia and another WC are located on the sleeping loft. Free WLAN is available in the lofts and a selection of fine wines is available for purchase.

Guests can enjoy the view and the peace and quiet from a loggia on the upper floor and from a terrace on the first floor. The view of the golf park grounds opens up on both sides. Free parking is available directly in front of the apartment. There are many leisure activities in the half-timbered town of Neustadt/Harz: Hiking and cycling trails start right on site, there is a forest pool, a gondola pond and the medieval castle ruins of Hohnstein tower above the town. There are countless excursion destinations in the Harz Mountains that guarantee holidaymakers a varied stay in both summer and winter.

The event location next to the vacation lofts offers the perfect setting for every occasion - whether it's a wedding, birthday, family or company celebration. The neighboring vacation apartments with a total of 32 beds make the journey home after the party particularly short. By combining both things in a single location, you no longer need to worry about cabs, a pick-up service or finding the nearest hotel or guesthouse. Of course, guests can also book the vacation lofts outside of an event to explore the Harz Mountains and relax in the loft's own saunas at the end of the day, switch off and unwind.
