The three comfortable vacation homes, each with 50 m² of living space, a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, separate dining area, bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds, WC and shower, wood-burning stove, TV and free Wi-Fi are located in the airy and climatic health resort of Neustadt/Harz. Guests can also relax outside in a seating area with space to play and barbecue. A parking space for cars is available. The three vacation homes are also suitable for small groups of up to 12 people.

The vacation home is situated in a wooded, quiet location on the outskirts of the village. It is about a 10-minute walk to the town center. The half-timbered village of Neustadt offers many leisure opportunities with its forest pool, gondola pond, golf course, the medieval castle ruins of Hohnstein, the exhibition of the Südharz nature park, numerous hiking trails and a cycle path connection and is an ideal starting point for excursions into the Harz Mountains.
