In the separate vacation home there is an 80 square meter apartment with sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people. The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Zella-Mehlis right next to the forest. The house has a parking area for at least 2 cars and a terrace with garden furniture and a sun awning. On the 2000 square meter property, a trout pond with stocking allows fishing enthusiasts to catch their own fish for a small fee. A fishing rod can be hired. The pond can also be used for swimming. A barbecue and charcoal are available for relaxing barbecue evenings on the property or the terrace.
