Our vacation home "Walter" Am Sonnenhof is located in a green and quiet area of Schmalkalden. The old town with its historic half-timbered houses, Wilhelmsburg Castle and the Old Market is just a 15-minute walk away. There, quaint pubs - such as the Grünes Tor - and cozy cafés invite you to linger. The Jägerklause restaurant is only
300 meters from the vacation home. Nearby you will also find wonderful hiking routes such as the Luther or Jakobsweg and the Schmalkalden circular hiking trail. If you fancy something sweet, the nougat and marzipan manufacturer Viba has something for you. The show factory in Vibapark can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

Our non-smoking vacation home is equipped with bed linen and towels as well as a toaster, Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
