The small village of Bockelnhagen with its 300 inhabitants is located between the Harz Mountains and Eichsfeld, surrounded by forests in the Eller valley. Here we have furnished 3 non-smoking vacation apartments for 2-5 people with great attention to detail on our lovingly renovated half-timbered farmstead. The apartments have 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, bath/WC, TV and built-in kitchenette. We also offer breakfast service (please book at least 2 working days before arrival) for the apartments.

Families with children are very welcome. Shetland ponies, petting animals, a playground and the play barn with table tennis ensure an unforgettable vacation for our little guests. The daily cattle drive during the grazing period and feeding the animals or guided riding on our Shetland ponies for children from 3-7 years (by arrangement) are further highlights. A barbecue area and a beautiful garden with seating invite you to linger.

Our farm is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Harz Mountains and Eichsfeld. Hike in the forests around Bockelnhagen or along the "Green Belt". In nearby Bad Lauterberg you will find the spa gardens, the "Vitamar" adventure pool and numerous restaurants and cafés. Or visit the old half-timbered town of Duderstadt, the "Alternative Bear Park" in Worbis and the nearby "Heinz-Sielmann Foundation".

Come and visit our bee colonies, try the delicious taste of freshly extracted honey and learn more about the life of our honey bees. You can purchase home-made bee products such as honey, beeswax candles and apple juice from the orchard.
