The apartment is located at ground level in a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the Toskana-Therme (10 minutes' walk) and the spa gardens (15 minutes' walk). The tourist information office is located in the historic Inhalatorium. In the beautifully renovated drinking hall you can drink the natural healing water from the Carl Alexander Sophien spring. The train station and a supermarket are also only about 10 minutes away from the vacation apartment.

On an area of approx. 35 m² you will find the living/sleeping area and a small kitchen, the bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer as well as a small storage room with a cupboard for your personal belongings. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and utensils such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave etc. In the living/sleeping area, you can easily convert the couch into a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The armchair can also be converted into a sleeping area for a third person, e.g. a child. 
Of course, the apartment is equipped with a modern TV and free WiFi. The parking lot for your car is directly in front of the house.
