The high-quality and stylishly furnished vacation apartment is located in the Kneipp spa town of Bad Tabarz in the middle of the Thuringian Forest, directly on the banks of the Laucha. Extensive forest bathing, hiking through rustic gorges and dense forest along the babbling brook allow for lasting relaxation. But Bad Tabarz also offers the best opportunities for active vacationers. The area surrounding the Großer Inselsberg (916.5 m) is one of the most beautiful and exciting hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest. The rocks above the Lauchagrund are also an important climbing area. Nearby is the Rennsteig, Germany's most famous high-altitude hiking trail, which not only attracts many hikers in summer, but is also ideal for skiing in winter.

The apartment is located right next to the Arenarisquelle Kneipp spa facility. The pleasant sound of the flowing water of the Laucha and the direct view of the spa pond from the balcony are further highlights.

The light-flooded apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired (Bora hob with integrated extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, all-purpose slicer, egg stove). The dining table is extendable and offers sufficient space.

Cozy evenings by candlelight with a cuddly blanket on the leather sofa, culinary delights with a good wine or exciting entertainment on the 55-inch TV with satellite reception and DVD offer variety.

There is a TelekomMobil connection and WLAN. SpeedOn passes can be booked via the MeinMagenta app or the mobile website pass.telekom.de (e.g. 7 days LTEmax one-off €3.49).

The two bedrooms offer extensive comfort and are equipped with remote-controlled blinds. The unique location of the property offers the opportunity for restful, quiet and undisturbed sleep, even with the windows open. Cribs with good mattresses are available on request for younger guests up to the age of 3.

The bathroom offers comfort with underfloor heating, a bathtub and washbasin, a large illuminated mirror cabinet and hairdryer. Especially after a walk in the forest or a hike on the adjacent signposted hiking trails, a full bath is pure relaxation.

In addition to the hallway with checkroom and mirror in the entrance area of the apartment, there is a utility room with sink, washing machine, condenser dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and wireless iron.

A high chair, hi-fi system with radio, Bluetooth and USB connection complete the equipment of the vacation apartment in Villa Grün.

The apartment is equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating. A parking space for a car is available free of charge, there is storage space for bicycles and a lockable cellar room. A folding bike is available for short trips to the bakery or shops.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the entire house.
