Our vacation apartment is located on a four-sided courtyard in the center of the national park community of Kammerforst. It is accessible via an outside staircase and an arcade. The vacation apartment has a size of approx. 84 m² and is spread over two floors.
In the lower area there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen area with dining table. The separate bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin is also located here. In the upper area there are two bedrooms with 2 or 3 beds. An extra bed can be added.
Seating on the pergola and in the beautiful inner courtyard invite you to relax. The large garden with seating area, beer garden and barbecue are ideal for families with children. From the courtyard you can reach the experience and show forge as well as a showroom for our hand-forged damask knives and damask jewelry.
You can of course take part in blacksmithing events and experience the production of Damascus steel live. Watch the blacksmith at work or forge your own knife - whatever you choose, this demonstration will be unforgettable.
Kammerforst is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Hainich National Park at any time of year. Our region offers many sights and excursion destinations. Several gastronomic establishments provide for your physical well-being.
