Apartment no. 1 (1st floor): On approx. 84m² on the 1st floor is a fully equipped modern 3-room apartment for 4 people to feel at home. After an eventful day, you can relax on the living area in your 30 m² living room or enjoy a beer or glass of wine on the 5 m² balcony.

Living room: approx. 30m², living area, TV, dining table for 4 persons

Bedroom: approx. 18m², leather upholstered bed, (190x200cm), sliding door closet

Children's room: approx. 18m², double sofa bed, closet, table with 4 chairs, music system

Kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, radio Bathroom: WC, shower screen, washbasin Balcony: round table with 4 garden chairs

Apartment no. 2 (2nd floor): In the attic on the 2nd floor I offer you a complete apartment for 2-3 persons on approx. 30 square meters with a combined living-bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), TV, music system of a completely new kitchen, equipped with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, combined stove with oven and integrated microwave, radio, dining table with bench and 2 chairs. The bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub, washbasin. The WC with washbasin is located in a separate room.

Our apartments are ideally located, the old town is only a 10 minute walk away.

A bus stop for the city line is located approx. 80m from our house. Shopping facilities such as 2 supermarkets, bakery, beverage store as well as medical center, pharmacy, savings bank and hairdresser are within 5 minutes walking distance. Pets only on request. One parking space is available free of charge for each apartment. Storage facilities for bicycles are available.
