At Kreuzberg is a Flow trail was created. Around 50 performance elements, including numerous Residents, Shafts, Jumps, Tables and a North Shore Element can be found on approx. 2 km length at around 180 vertical meters try to master.

The flow trail starts about 800 meters below the Neustädter Haus and runs mostly within sight of the access road to the mountain inn (junction from the St 2288 Bischofsheim-Sandberg), where you can also park. The trail is accessible usually from April to October, traffic lights apply (green = open, red = closed, yellow = passable with increased caution).
