Freizeitspass Eckartsberga brings together various tourist attractions in the vicinity of the historic Eckartsburg castle. Culture, games, fun and relaxation - there is something for everyone, young and old, at Freizeitspaß.
The Maze is one of the largest (54.80 m x 54.80 m) of its kind in Germany. Orientation is required, but getting lost is not a problem. Anyone who lets out a desperate cry for help will of course get help from "above". The network of paths covers a total of 1550 m without dead ends. The shortest way to your destination is only 365 m (if you can find it).
On the upper floor of the Ghost and playhouse mystical music accompanies you on your way through various corridors, interrupted time and again by ghosts, light, darkness, noises and obstacles. Nerves of steel and fearlessness are required here!
Relaxation and skill are the order of the day on the first floor. The various games on offer can be played alone, with several people or as a competition.
The 500 square meter outdoor area includes bouncy castles, climbing frames, a roller slide, trampoline and other play equipment.
The Burgenland shows castles and palaces from Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony and Thuringia on a scale of 1:75. The miniature landscape measures around 4600 square meters. The castles and palaces can be viewed from a bird's eye view and their construction methods can be compared. Descriptions provide information about the details and history of the buildings.
The DinoWeltWäldchen vividly tells the story of the dinosaurs on around 1,600 square meters. Dinosaur replicas in original size or on a scale of 1:10 can be admired. There are around 30 large and various smaller models on display. Over 200 miniatures are on display in the exhibition pavilion.
The Eckartsberga summer toboggan run offers fun for all ages. One more look down into the valley and off you go. Twelve steep bends, a jump and a 280-degree curve traffic circle give the course the right kick. Whether you prefer a leisurely or fast-paced ride, you can set your own speed on the 850 m long track. Once you reach the end of the track, you are automatically pulled uphill again. The offer is rounded off by a Mini golf course with 18 lanes, the Bungee trampoline and the gastronomic experience Tobogganing get-together provides refreshment during the breaks.
