The view over the Ilm valley is breathtaking and it is not without reason that the beer garden is known by guests as the „Balcony llmenaus“. Some even go so far as to praise it as the most beautiful beer garden view in Thuringia. Thanks to the wonderful proximity to the forest, you have the opportunity to combine your visit with wonderful hiking routes as well as fantastic short walks.

Right next to the restaurant is a Year-round toboggan run. This can of course also be rented by our guests, both small and large groups.
