The House of the Weimar Republic tells of the events and major changes from 1918 to 1933 and shows how relevant the Weimar Republic still is today - modern, multimedia, contemporary. The exhibition offers space for research, education and exchange. The content is diverse: from its revolutionary beginnings to the new opportunities of the "Golden Twenties" and the crises and challenges faced by the young democracy. And all this in an authentic location: opposite the venue of the National Assembly in the German National Theatre in Weimar.
