Ducal vineyard
Ducal vineyard
Situated directly on the Unstrut cycle path and crowned by Neuenburg Castle, the ducal vineyard is one of the most beautiful photo motifs in Saale-Unstrut. The vineyard was replanted around 1925. The oldest vines date back to this time. The Ducal Vineyard is owned by the Saale-Unstrut-Triasland Geo-Nature Park. It has been managed by the Winzervereinigung Freyburg-Unstrut eG since January 2020. From April to October, the wine bar invites you to linger and enjoy. If you would like to find out more about the work of the winegrower, the region and Saale-Unstrut wine, you can take part in a vineyard tour or wine tasting.
