At harvest time, there is freshly squeezed juice from fruit that previously hung from the trees in the orchard. Fresh herbs come from the farm garden behind the farm walls. Even the Etzdorfer Landbrot is baked with flour from the farm's own grain. It is not for nothing that the agricultural cooperative's motto is: "Enjoyment grows here!"
