In 2001, the "Holzlandstube" opened its doors to residents, visitors and spa guests in the newly modernized rooms of the former brewery. And this in a traditional house with over 275 years of brewing tradition. In 1696, the Duke of Eisenberg, Christian Klosterlausnitz, granted the house the right to brew.

In this quaintly furnished museum restaurant you can enjoy an original Thuringian bratwurst, a hearty Rostbrätel and other delicacies. Private celebrations are also catered for.
