The "Lengefelder Warte", surrounded by a picturesque landscape, is located in the north of Mühlhausen. With a large portion of cordiality, culinary variety and quality, the Sander family leads the traditional house in already the fourth generation. It is the only watchtower far and wide - the landmark of the restaurant and hotel "Lengefelder Warte" can be seen from afar and borders directly on the Mühlhäuser Landgraben. In addition to the building with restaurant, red salon and fireplace room, there is an idyllic beer garden under large trees, a garden terrace and the ballroom "Schwarze Hose", which is often booked for celebrations of all kinds.

The philosophy of the house is to work only with the best products, which are then refined with influences from all over the world. Regionality is part of the program: The goat cheese comes from the Burgmühle cheese dairy in Haina, trout and char are supplied from Dingelstedt, and well-matured fillet of beef is sourced from the Sambach estate. Aromatic herbs grow in the bed directly behind the house.
