The Jahnhütte on the Neuhöfer Wiese is the clubhouse of the Schmalkalder Wanderverein Turnvater Jahn e.V. hiking club. The hut is very well suited as a resting place for hikers, as it offers numerous Outdoor seating offers. At the Weekends the hut is open on a regular basis, then the Small dishes and drinks served.

Important: The hut can be booked all year round by prior arrangement (03683/601951 or booking on the website) at weekends as a Overnight accommodation can be used. (Exceptions also possible on weekdays)
