The imposing church dominates a south-facing slope directly above the center of Lauscha. Built in Art Nouveau style, the church was consecrated on September 17, 1911. Visitors can take a guided tour of the 17 m long nave with its many magnificent stained glass windows.

The Art Nouveau church is open daily from May from 10.00 to 18.00.
