Our beautiful village church is well worth a visit. It was already mentioned in 974, when it was donated by Emperor Otto II to the collegiate monastery of St. Peter and Alexander in Aschaffenburg. However, due to its location and the historical significance of our town, it can be assumed that it existed long before this time. Our church is built as a three-nave pillar basilica with a four-storey tower at the eastern end, which is now 50 m high.
