The lake rests quietly - the Klauswald Weiher to be precise. Surrounded by deciduous trees and a densely overgrown shore, the Klauswald Weiher is like an oasis of peace and nature in the middle of Bad Kissingen's Klauswald forest. But if you take a closer look and listen, it is actually quite lively here. Animals and insects such as frogs and dragonflies feel particularly at home here, far away from towns and villages. You can reach the Klauswald pond after a 2.5 km walk from the Klaushof wildlife park through the forest. The "Schloss Aschach circular trail" also leads directly past the idyllic Klauswald pond.
