Krombach is a municipality in the Thuringian district of Eichsfeld. It belongs to the Ershausen/Geismar administrative community and is located in the southern Eichsfeld at the foot of the Obereichsfelder Höhe.

Tourist attractions include the church of St. Bartholomew from 1873, the Lourdes grotto and various hiking trails, including to the Dieteröder cliffs.
