The year of construction is dated 1742 according to the age of the wood. The exterior of the half-timbered building, which has been largely altered on the inside, is characterized by its simple half-timbered construction with flush floors under a hipped roof. A vacation apartment was integrated into the upper floor of the former „sexton's house“ of the Divi-Blasii parish in 2012.

There is a restaurant with outdoor dining on the first floor. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Divi Blasii church while enjoying a delicious meal.
