The Landgasthof Wetteraperle is located in the small village of Raila, which belongs to the town of Saalburg-Ebersdorf. Raila is a small village not far from the Thuringian Sea, in the tranquil Wetteratal valley. At Wetteraperle, we attach particular importance to the careful handling of food. We source our products from local traders and, where possible, directly from local producers. This means that our products such as meat, potatoes and other foods come directly from the region. Regionality and sustainability are a matter of course for us. See for yourself that traditional and modern dishes with seasonal products can be presented in a new guise.
