His grandparents still worked for the agricultural production cooperative in the GDR. His father then founded the farm in Gröbitz near Teuchern in 1991, which Florian lovingly manages and shapes together with his family. In addition to the classic agriculture, vegetables are also grown. 

Florian has no shortage of ideas and visions for the future. He plans to grow cut flowers in collaboration with hand maker and florist Jana Loth and is thinking about growing soy to open up new markets and meet current needs. 

Florian likes to take visitors out into the field to show them what lives, grows and thrives there.
