Lehna is a hamlet-like district of Schimberg in the Eichsfeld district of Thuringia. The village is located around 2.5 kilometers northwest of Ershausen in a hollow of the Misseröder limestone ridge in the hilly agricultural area of the southern Eichsfeld. The village is connected to the surrounding villages via the state road 2027.
