Lemonade pavilion "Am Eichenberg
The neat lemonade pavilion in the open-air museum Hohenfelden has a history of over 120 years. It was built in 1891/92 in Friedrichroda as a summer bar for the "Damm-Mühle" restaurant. In 1999 it "moved" to Hohenfelden. For eight years now, tenant Sabrina Frommann has been catering to the young and old visitors of the open-air museum Hohenfelden. Her cheerful and cordial manner immediately makes visitors feel welcome and they are happy to stay a little longer. Then you can enjoy sherbet, homemade waffles with cream and cherries or a hearty soup.
