Lorenzkirche
Lorenzkirche
The church, which was consecrated before 1138, was rebuilt around 1300. After a fire in 1413, the church was rebuilt in its current form and furnished with important Gothic works. These include a winged altar, the stone sculpture of the Man of Sorrows and the late Gothic baptismal font. Important epithaphs were created at the end of the 18th century.
In addition to traditional church services for all ages, the church also offers a prayer for peace, which has been held every Thursday since 1978, as well as regular concerts. Apart from events, all residents and visitors to the town are invited to come and relax.
