With its steep roof and finely designed bay window, the Luther House dominates the east side of the harmonious market ensemble. As an authentic testimony to the Reformation period, it houses numerous medieval wall paintings, wooden parlors and other architectural and art-historical features with a history dating back to the 15th century. Today, the accessible monument provides rare insights into the living and everyday worlds of past centuries and the modern permanent exhibition brings the old town house into focus in an interactive and multimedia way.
