The market fountain with the bronze "Saint Margaret" was erected in 2002. The model was a fountain from 1463, which served as a fresh water supply for the city. Originally, both pipes and the fountain itself were made of wood. In 1844 the pipes were replaced by stone and iron pipes. Continuing an old tradition, the town festival is celebrated on October 2 and 3, which has been called the "Market Fountain Festival" for several years.
