The market church „Unser lieben Frauen“ in Halle is the youngest of the medieval churches in the city on the Saale and is richly furnished with testimonies and treasures of the Reformation. On display are the original death mask of Martin Luther and a pulpit from the Renaissance period, from which Luther is said to have preached.
