The Kahla market square is the central square in the old town. Numerous historic buildings and the market fountain are located on the market square.
Parking spaces for cars and motorcycles are available, as is a charging station for electric vehicles.

The market square is used for the weekly market and events. At these times, it cannot be used for parking, or only to a limited extent.
