Beer has been brewed in the southern Harz municipality of Wippra since 1480. Today, the museum and traditional brewery keeps this more than 500-year-old brewing tradition alive with its specialty beers. Using traditional recipes, the Wippra brewery brews traditional beers with a full-bodied taste in the historic brewhouse!
