Honey. This sweet gold has been a cultural treasure, snack and valuable raw material for thousands of years. You can taste the plants and flowers of the region in local honey. Depending on the vintage and origin, different flavors and characters are created, which are recomposed by nature every year. So honey is never just honey. Actually. Because the natural spectrum is hardly ever revealed in the adulterated supermarket product.

The Paschold family treats the product all the more lovingly. They keep a journal for each beehive, in which everything about the respective honey is listed, from the type of flower to the weather during the collection period. This information is used to create a letter for each honey, which helps you to experience and taste its individuality. A handmade, colored wax seal shows which apiary the honey comes from. In this way, you can "experience" on your tongue and with your palate how nature "tastes" at the apiary.

However, the family's passion for their bees does not end with the warm season. Winter is the time for wax processing. This is when candles are drawn, wound and poured. This is not just an experience for the eyes: "When the wax melts, it creates a smell that is indescribably beautiful and unique in nature." And then there's the honey wine ...
