The campsite in Ziegenrück is located in the middle of the Thuringian Sea region and the Thuringian Slate Mountains.

It has 50 permanent parking spaces and 50 tourist pitches, 30 of which for tents only. Comfortable bungalows and the Ziegenrück Hostel also offer overnight accommodation.

Canoe hire is available in the immediate vicinity.
