New Brunn
Neubrunn is a municipality in south-western Thuringia that belongs to the Dolmar-Salzbrücke administrative community. The municipality is located around 10 km from Meiningen and has around 900 inhabitants. Neubrunn was first mentioned in a document in 1250 and is known for its historic churchwhich dates back to the 15th century. The church is dedicated to St. Martin and has a late Gothic winged altar. Neubrunn is surrounded by a charming landscape of forests, meadows and fields. The Jüchse, a tributary of the Werra, flows through the village. Neubrunn offers its residents and visitors a varied club life, a sports festival, a family concert and a good infrastructure with a kindergarten, school, doctor and shopping facilities.
