The historic oil mill in Eberstedt is located directly on the Ilm Valley cycle path and the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region, in the middle of the Ilm river landscape.

Old wooden beam ceilings, millstones, an original oil press and the Zuppingen water wheel (which also produces electricity) create an atmosphere of unique beauty. The landscape, the historic buildings and the rustic atmosphere of this 35,000 m² site are convincing arguments for a relaxing and varied stay. Here you can meet up with friends or family to chat, relax and enjoy yourself or simply drink a good drop of Saale-Unstrut wine. Conferences and workshops are also possible here.

Take a look at the surroundings: Built in 1906, the historic oil mill now houses a country hotel with a farm store selling the mill's own and other natural products, a wine cellar and vacation apartments. Beer garden, barbecue hut, barbecue pavilion and campfire site, adventure island with trout ponds, animal enclosure and fishing pond and much more make for a varied stay. The floating village consists of a floating jetty with six attached huts for up to 6 people each. A wagon and a shepherd's cart as well as the caravan site offer additional overnight accommodation. You are welcome to enjoy the fresh, seasonal cuisine in the Mühlenschänke and Mehlkammer restaurants.
