At the Pagenhaus in the baroque castle grounds of Friedenstein Castle, gourmets will be delighted by the Pagenhaus team's passion for cooking and connection to the region. The restaurant offers delicious food and a cozy cup of coffee for 40 guests in two dining rooms. In summer, a romantic garden area also invites you to linger.

Freshly prepared dishes with seasonal and regional ingredients offer a culinary experience. Traditional dishes and modern cuisine are served at the Pagenhaus - without additives, of course. Guests can get a taste of the kitchen and look over the chefs' shoulders to see the quality for themselves. Guests with food intolerances are served fresh, individual dishes. The corresponding wine is sourced from the family winery in the Czech Republic.

The outdoor area is located directly next to the imposing Friedenstein Castle and borders the castle park. Guests can treat themselves to a little break with a good glass of wine, delicious food or a cup of hot coffee. The garden, with its old trees, beautiful flowers and roses, offers space for 100 guests. A marquee also provides the perfect setting for celebrations.
