The Palm and Bird House, completed in 2006, houses exotic birds, palms as well as rare plants. The light-flooded two-winged house hosts temporary exhibitions of regional artists, photographers, collectors and associations throughout the year. An information stand is located in the entrée. Souvenirs and local products can be purchased there. Brine coats to protect clothing and wheelchairs are available for loan.
