The Recklinghäuser Straße parking lot is a free public parking lot of the city of Schmalkalden. There are no fixed parking space boundaries on the gravel area. The parking lot is located directly on the main road and is easily visible. There is a DIY store and a shop in the immediate vicinity of the parking lot.
