The planet playground is located on the Petersberg, directly at the rear entrance coming from Gutenbergstraße. It owes its name to the spheres perched on top of climbing frames that children can crawl into. As well as climbing, there are also slides, swings and gymnastics.

The playground was partially renovated and extended for the 2021 Federal Garden Show.
