Above the Oberland cycle path at the exit in Schleiz and therefore in the middle of the town, the new pump track facility blends perfectly into the townscape.

The asphalted circuit of waves, obstacles and bends allows all athletes with wheels and rollers to pursue their sporting ambitions. The aim is to generate momentum just by "pumping" and doing your laps on the "track". As facilities like this are very popular in Germany, attention was paid during the planning stage to offering wheel riders, hobby riders and professional athletes alike the opportunity to use them, and so a separate small pump track was created in addition to the large course.
