Reichenbach
Reichenbach
If you search the chronicles for the origins of the village, you will often find the first mention in 1160. This is how the school was built in 1648, which was rebuilt as a community center during the village renewal in 1998. At the same time, an old fountain was restored on the school square. The beautifully landscaped green invites you to linger. In 1791, Reichenbach was granted permission to brew beer for the first time, in the house that today bears the name "Zum weißen Roß" and is still a pub. With its large area, the Waidich not only offers space for fun and games for children, but is also the heart of village and club life, where all events take place, e.g. the funfair, the district rooster crowing, the volleyball tournament, the Easter or children's festival. A 5.5 km long cycling and hiking trail leads to the treetop path.
