We operate several gastronomic establishments in Weimar and strive to harmonize the Mediterranean way of life with the culture and tradition of the classical city of Weimar. Even Goethe was taken with the Mediterranean flair and especially the joie de vivre of Italy. He was anxious to transfer this feeling here to Weimar.
